Most aluminum coil manufacturers adopt active hot deformation extrusion method to obtain the required cross-section shape of aluminum through specific (cone dead, dead, dead). Due to the influence of external factors, the spot color aluminum roll will drag black defects and slag in the production process, so how to solve this problem, reduce waste and improve the yield? Here are three methods:
1. Production process control
Cut the color coated aluminum roller, use the air pipe to clean the dust on the color coated aluminum roller, reduce the introduction of dust, reduce the source of black and slag;
The residual thickness should be enough, too thin residual pressure will cause the color coated aluminum coil to be drawn into the profile at the end of the coil, resulting in black and slag;
The extrusion speed should be controlled effectively, especially the extrusion end should be decelerated to prevent turbulence from getting involved in the surface impurities.
Clean up all stages of production;
2. Equipment adjustment
If the extrusion bar is not in the middle, the movement of the extrusion bar will wear the gallbladder of the material, which will cause the abdominal deformation of the gallbladder of the material and other defects; the center of the mold base, up, down, left and right, is strictly prohibited to move the mold base for production, and the up and down errors should be contacted with the machine for maintenance; the size of the compaction cake should be regularly inspected and replaced. After compaction, the curling cake will also produce blackening, slag inclusion and other scrap phenomena. Material gallbladder used for a long time, if there is deformation, it will also lead to batch scrapping, scrapping a lot of production, it needs to be noted that the new material gallbladder must be cleaned of dirt before the installation of bladder and bladder polishing machine.
3. Adjust mold design and production plan
For flat die, if necessary, guide plate shall be installed to guide the flow, so as to reduce the feed port and clamp the dead zone. The material hole must be completely surrounded by the mold shunting hole, and each set of mold shall be monitored and compared. If the shunting hole is too large to be produced on the machine, it shall be transferred to the machine for production.
