Polishing trough usually has two purposes: surface polishing and fine dust removal of aluminium alloy polished by sand surface.
(1) Flat polishing: Flat polishing tank can produce a certain thickness of oxide film, and can greatly improve the brightness of aluminum. Because the aluminium alloy loses luster after trigonometric polishing by anodic oxidation, surface polishing is carried out first, and a dense oxide layer is formed on the surface to fix the luster, then anodic oxidation is carried out, which greatly reduces the loss of luster.
