2. Energy saving and environmental protection:
The core board of aluminium corrugated board is water corrugated, which forms an air passage between the panel and the back board. It is a hollow board system and the best product of heat insulation and insulation. Under the action of solar radiation, the air in the passage warms up and flows upward to take away heat, which has thermal insulation performance. In cold areas, the upper and lower ends of corrugated passages are sealed. Under sunshine during the day, heat storage can reduce the loss of indoor heating heat and has thermal insulation performance. Aluminum corrugated board is not suitable for large plate or high curtain wall because of its thickness of 0.7-1.0 mm and small bearing capacity after folding. Aluminum veneer has a large deformation due to its linear expansion coefficient of 2.35x10-5. Generally, the surface of aluminium veneer will be concave and convex after 1-2 years of use, which will affect the artistry of building facade. The surface of honeycomb board has better smoothness, but the higher price is not suitable for engineering. The tensile and compressive strength of aluminium corrugated board is higher than that of honeycomb board in 180 degree peeling strength (see test report for details), so it has super high surface smoothness, stability and durability, and the same life as building.
5. Light weight, economical:
When the thickness of aluminium corrugated board is 6mm, the specific gravity is 4.3kg/, because the surface material has less heavy load, and the structure supporting keel can be reduced, which is more economical.
6. Easy to clean, corrosion-resistant, anti-fouling ability, durability and color unchanged.
7. Easy to process and install:
Easy to process: can cut, punch, bend, can be made into special-shaped plate, arc plate. Side ribs and reinforcement aids can be connected with rivets, which is simple and firm.
