1. Alumina plate generally refers to: aluminum plate after acid-base oxidation, the surface of the aluminum plate formed a protective film. The general oxide film is silver white. If customers have special requirements, they can also be oxidized to different colors according to customer requirements.
The common oxidation of aluminum plate refers to the formation of a protective film on the surface of aluminum plate after cleaning the surface of aluminum plate through acid and alkali flow tank, which is called oxide film.
2. Aluminum plate oxidation generally refers to the same corrosion phenomenon of the aluminum plate or the part connected by the aluminum coil, and the size of the corrosion area is the same as the pattern.
The reasons for this situation are:
1: when the aluminum plate or aluminum coil is packed, the temperature is too high. Steam is formed in the package, aluminum plates and aluminum rolls are damp, resulting in corrosion.
2: aluminum or aluminum roll rain, so that the rain poured into the packaging. The corrosion of aluminum plates and aluminum rolls appears.
3: in the humidity environment, aluminum plate and aluminum coil will be corroded.
How to avoid such phenomena:
1: naturally cool the aluminum plate and aluminum coil before packing it.
2: borrow fan to cool aluminum plate and aluminum coil.
3: when packaging, aluminum and aluminum rolls are wrapped in plastic sheets first and then packed in cardboard.
4: during the transportation of goods, the driver will cover the tarpaulin.
5: in a large humidity environment, put some desiccant in the package. The aluminum plate and aluminum coil are placed in a drier environment.
